6 hot dog or hamburger buns
1 can flaked tuna
2 TB diced celery or green pepper
2 TB sweet pickle
1 cup sharp cheese, cubed or shredded
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 tsp minced onion
½ cup salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, tuna, and other ingredients and blend with a fork. Spread on buns that have been cut in half lengthwise. Wrap each bun in aluminum foil and place on baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 250.

Mom took part in 4-H Clubs growing up and she organized a club when Lisa was around 10. This was one of the recipes in the 4-H cookbook, and became a family staple when we were growing up.
