1 lb. hamburger
small onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
¼ c. taco seasoning (1 envelope)
2 c. corn
1 c. uncooked rice
2 cups shredded cheese (or more)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in 2 cups of water and ½ – 1 tsp salt. Meanwhile, brown hamburger and chopped onion. Mix in tomato soup, tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Add corn. Mix in shredded cheese. Combine with rice and pour in casserole dish. Sprinkle with more cheese if desired. Cook for 10 minutes in microwave (or about 30 minutes in a 350 oven).
