6 eggs
2 c sugar
1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c butter
3/4 c buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter completely and let it cool. Beat in the eggs, sugar, then flour until smooth. Mix the vanilla, cinnamon, and buttermilk together then add to the egg mixture. Pour into two deep dish pie crusts. Bake at 325º for 50 minutes or until the center is mostly firm. The surface should be browned and cracked.
TIP: Place a cookie sheet under these pies as they have a tendency to swell and perhaps run over!
