Crust
1 stick melted oleo
1 T sugar
1 C flour
1/2 C chopped pecans

1/2 c powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese

2 packs of instant choc pudding
mixed with 4 cups of milk
then 1 medium cont of cool whip
Directions:

mix first 4 ingredients and press into 13" pan
bake for 20 min at 350

Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese
spread over cooled crust

layer 2 packs of instant choc pudding
mixed with 4 cups of milk
then 1 medium cont of cool whip
