1 pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
12 marshmallows, cut
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
pinch of salt
1 c. cream, whipped
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together Jello, hot water, cream cheese, and marshmallows. Let cool. Add carrots, pineapple, nuts, and salt. Fold in whipped cream.
