8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips or chocolate bark
3/4 C peanut butter
36 Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
2. Spread crackers on one side with desired amount of peanut butter.
3. Dip cracker into melted chocolate, remove. Place cracker on parchment or waxed paper lined cookie sheet.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or till chocolate is firm.
