Cornish Hens
Salt
Garlic
Butter

Filling:
2 c. or more rice
Salt
Chicken bouillon
Veggie seasoning
Onion (1 medium)
Carrot (1 julienned)
Oil
Wine (white or rose)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Special Rice:
Cook rice with salt and chicken bouillon.
Saute onion and carrot in a little oil. Cook down. Add a little more chicken bouillon and veggie seasoning.
Mix.

Salt and rub garlic on rinsed hens.

Brush melted butter on outside of birds. Sprinkle with salt.

Fill with Special Rice.

Cook on Weber grill 1 hour.
