3-4 cups chopped fresh rhubarb ( enough to fill 9x13 pan 1/2 full)
3oz pkg of Strawberry jelly powder
1 cup brown sugar
1 cake mix ( usually white or vanilla)
1 cup of water
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan with margarine and fill 1/2 full with rhubarb.
Sprinkle strawberry jelly powder and brown sugar all over rhubarb evenly.
Sprinkle a layer of cake mix all over rhubarb mixture making sure to cover all.
Evenly sprinkle cup of water all over cake mix layer .
Drizzle melted butter all over top.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
Serve with ice or whip cream as desired.
