1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups twist pretzels, broken
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1 1/2 cup M&M’s

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars well.
Beat in eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt: Gradually beat into creamed mixture. Beat in coconut. Stir in pretzels and M&M’s. Drop onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. (I use the medium Pampered Chef cookie scoop)
Bake 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest on cookie sheet for several minutes before moving to wire racks to cool.
