Ingredients:  
4 medium russet potatoes,cut into large wedges
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place cut potatoes in large bowl and fill with enough cold water to cover.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Pre heat oven to 425šand spray baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
Drain potatoes and then spread on paper towel and dry potatoes.
Transfer potatoes to large bowl and sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper.
Toss together gently and arrange in single layer on baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes and then turn with spatula.
Bake another 20 min or until golden.
Turn pan in oven after 10 min for even browning.
Remove and serve immediately with Ketchup or other desired dip.

You can also use sweet potatoes or cut the potatoes into cubes or use baby potatoes and bake whole.
