Turkey Breast (either smoked or oven roasted)
3 cups tricolor pasta
2 celery ribs, chopped
6 green onions, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cups miracle whip
3/4 cup brown sugar (I use a little less and do not pack)
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 cups salted cashew halves

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions on package. Rinse in cool water and drain. Chop turkey and place in large bowl. Add the pasta, celery, onions and green pepper. In a small bowl, combine the miracle whip, brown sugar, vinegar, salt and lemon juice. Mix well and pour over pasta mixture to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Just before serving stir in cashews.
