1 whole orange, rind included, quartered
1 peeled orange, quartered
1 qt. fresh cranberries, washed
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely chop the quartered oranges together in a food processor. Add cranberries and sugar and process until coarsely ground. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.

This relish is perfect for the holidays. It is much fresher and lighter than traditional cranberry sauce.
