Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1/3 c. tapioca
1 small pkg. "cooked" tapioca pudding - NOT INSTANT

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Bring to full boil. Works best in 2 qt. microwave type bowl or glass pitcher as it scorches easily on stove top. Stir often to keep tapioca mixed. Serve warm or chilled, plain or top with lightly sweetened fresh or frozen fruit. We like strawberries or peaches. I don't add extra sugar.
