for the dressing
¼ cup hoisin sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar rice or white
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon pepper or to taste
for the noodles
2 pounds lo mein noodles cooked according to package
directions, chilled
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
1 bunch scallions thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Make the dressing: combine ingredients, adjust seasoning.
Toss noodles with the dressing and about half of the sesame seeds until coated, garnish with
scallions and remaining sesame seeds.
Serving Ideas: Serve cold.
Optional additions: cooked shredded chicken, shredded surimi, cooked shrimp, cold roast pork
julienne, assorted vegetable julienne such as carrots, celery, bell peppers, broccoli spears.
NOTES: be sure to list "Sesame seeds" on menu or POS signage.
