Mix together well in large bowl. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Will fit in 16 oz. Cool Whip container.
To mix add:
1 c. milk, more or less as desired,
1 tsp. vanilla,
1 tbsp. oil or melted butter,
Yields: 6 5"-6" pancakes
Bake on hot lightly greased griddle.
For added nutrition, I usually add other ingredients.
APPLESAUCE: add 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 c. applesauce and decrease milk about that much.
BANANA: 1-2 thinly sliced bananas and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
BLUEBERRY: 1/2 c. blueberries
PEACH: 1 medium peach thinly sliced (2/3-3/4 c.) and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
PINEAPPLE: 1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
NOTE: I usually sprinkle chopped pecans on pancakes before turning.
