1- 8oz. cream cheese
2- eggs
1 1/4- cup (14oz.) sweetened condensed milk
24- vanilla wafers
1- tsp. vanilla
1/4- tsp. salt
1 1/4 -cup (21oz.) cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese. Add eggs, milk, vanilla, salt. Place liners in muffin pans. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each muffin liner. Fill mixture 2/3 full on each wafer. Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes. or until filling is puffed and set. When cooled top with cherry pie filling. Chill before serving. Keep refrigerated.

Alternate: using mini muffin pan, crumble vanilla wafer and add butter. Spoon into each liner pressing down to make crust- then add filling etc.
