1/2 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 cup raisins or nuts
1 egg
2 cup sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugar, egg, pineapple, and nuts. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º. Mix powdered sugar with pineapple juice for frosting.
