1 c. Wesson Oil
4 c. sugar
1 large can of pumpkin mix (Libby's solid pack 29 oz.)
5 c. flour
4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. salt
2 cups walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together the oil, sugar and pumpkin mix.
2. In separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
3. Mix both mixtures together (add the walnuts if you use them)
4. Grease pans and bake at 350º for 1 hr. 30. min. (check after 1 hour 15 min.)

*This makes 3 small loaves.
