3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. margarine or butter
3/4 c. flour
5-6 oz brie
1/2 tsp. sesame seeds (optional)




Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter and cream cheese in flour into little pieces.
Shape in ball. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Divide in half. Roll out each to 1/8" thickness and roll into a 6" circle (make sure the top is a little larger).
Put cheese on top of one circle and put the larger circle on top.
Pinch together.
Make diagonal slits to top and sprinkle with seeds if desired.
Bake at 400º for 15 minutes or until melted.
Serve with crackers.
