Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 32oz. jar dill pickle chips (Use a good brand)
1 large onion, sliced thin
1 t. Celery seed (whole seeds - not ground!)
1 1/2 Cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pickle juice and rinse pickles in a colander.
Add onions, sugar and celery seed and stir well. Put in a glass jar or a Tupperware container. Stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves. It will "magically" make it's own juice.

Note: Don't throw away that drained dill pickle juice! Pour it over a chuck roast in the crock pot. Cook on low 8-10 hours, add some Italian seasoning and then shred the meat for "Italian Beef" sandwiches.

Personal Notes:
These pickles are a "must have" at every Robey family gathering!
