1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 packet taco mix or make your own with chili powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, black pepper, salt, cumin (add as much spice as you'd like depending on how spicy you like your chili)
1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Drain fat, if needed.

Stir in spices and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and chopped onion, if desired.
Zach loves chili with corn bread which makes it a very hearty meal.
Also, you can add more tomato sauce or water if it's too thick for you.
