Cake Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1 pkg chocolate cake mix
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water or coffee
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream

Frosting Ingredients:
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares, chopped
1/4 cup sweet butter (no substitutes)
1 cup heavy cream
3 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp sour cream

Cake:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Coat chips with 1 tbsp cake mix - set aside
3. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, water (or coffee), and vanilla
4. Beat at medium for seven minutes
5. Fold in chips
6. Put in greased 13 x 9 x 1 1/2 inch pan
7. Bake 1 hour
8. Cool 15 minutes

Frosting:
1. Melt chocolate, butter, and cream in a saucepan - low heat
2. Transfer to large mixing bowl
3. Cool to room tempature
4. Stir in confectioner sugar and vanilla until smooth - then beat until thickened (about 2-3 minutes)
5. At low speed beat in sour cream until blended
6. Refrigerate 10 minutes

Coat cake with frosting and enjoy!
