Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-3 chicken breasts (Nanny has always preferred white meat. But you may boil any cuts of your choice)
1 stick butter
1 pint milk
salt and pepper
dough from "Nanny's Famous Biscuits"-leave a slightly thicker consistency than when making biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken 25 minutes or until done, in water well seasoned with salt and pepper. Remove chicken from broth and let cool, then dice or shred. To broth add 1 stick of butter and 1 pint of milk. Bring to boil then reduce to medium high. Drop dumplin dough by spoonfuls into pot until top of broth is covered. Save rest of dough for second batch of dumplins. Cook on med for about 10 minutes until dumplins are cook through. Do not stir, or your dumplins will fall apart. Using slotted spoon, gently remove dumplins and place in bowl. Then drop another layer of dumplins in boiling broth. Repeat until you've used all your dough. Return all dumplins, and chicken back to pot and serve.
