Ingredients:  
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups All purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup coconut
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz. ) can crushed pineapples
Icing: 1 stick of margarine, 1 box cream cheese, 2 cups powdered sugar, 2tsp vanilla
1/2 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all Dry ingredients together. Mix in all wet ingredients. Do not drain the pineapples. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes. Remove from oven. While cake is still warm, take a fork and poke a lot of holes in it. Mix icing. Spread on warm cake. Top with the nuts. After cake cools - keep in refrigerator.
