4 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. Crisco
1 box pie filling (your choice: lemon, chocolate, apple, etc...), prepared
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Make pie filling according to package directions. Let sit in fridge until ready to use.(preferably overnight) Knead 3 cups of the flour and 1/4 cup Crisco in large bowl. Add ice water until dough is slightly moistened and forms a ball. (Do not let the ice fall into your dough.) Sift 1 cup of flour onto counter to roll dough. Coat your rolling pin with flour. Take 1" ball of dough and roll with rolling pin until flat and thin. Place about 2 tbsp. of filling onto center of dough circle. Fold dough sheet in half so that edges meet. Press edges with fork to seal the filling inside. Place in greased pan and bake @ 450º until light brown. Remove from oven, brush with melted butter, and immediately sprinkle with powdered sugar. Let cool.
