Crust:
1 1/2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2-3/4 c. Butter

Filing:
40 oz Cream cheese
6 Eggs
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Flour
Pinch salt
1/2 c. Amaretto

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 250º for 1 hr. then turn off oven and remain in oven for 1 hr. (No peeking while baking). Chill 24 hrs before serving.

Make crust first and place in spring pan then put in freezer to chill and set.
Melt butter, mix in graham cracker crumbs and then press into pan.

Prepare filing - in mixer add cream cheese and whip, beat in 1 egg at a time, beating each for 2 seconds before adding another. Add sugar, flour and salt. Beat well for 5 mins. Add Amaretto and mix until light.

Pour mixture into prepared crust and bake.
