1 46 oz lata de jugo de tomate
4 cubitos de caldo de pollo
8 tz de agua
1 tz de sebolla picada
1 tz zanaoria rebanada
1 tz de papa cruda en cubitos
1 paquete de 10 oz. de chicaros frizados, maiz, y frijo de lima
1/3 tz de cebada
1 cda de sal
1 hoja de laurel
1/2 cdta albahaca
1/2 cdta de oregano
1/2 cdta de polvo de ajo
1/4 cdta de pimienta

Combina todo los ingredientes en una olla grande. Hervir a fuego medio
Hervir a fuego medio
Reduzca el fuego y cocine a fuego lento durante una hora o hasta que la cebada esté tierna
Revuelve cada 15-20 minutos
