6- eggs
1 1/2- cup milk
1- tsp. vanilla
1-cup plain flour
2- tbsp. sugar
1/2 - cinnamon
1/2- tsp. nutmeg
1/2- cup margarine
4- sliced apples
1- tbsp. brown sugar
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, in blender. Add flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg. Blend well.
Place butter in 9 x 13 pan ,melt in oven. Place apples in single layer in pan. Return to oven-cook until butter bubble, about 4 minutes. Pour batter over apples ,sprinkle with brown sugar and bake until puffy and golden. (About 20 minutes). Sprinkle with powdered sugar when it is done.
