4- medium baking potatoes, peeled & cut into chunks
1/3- cup butter
1- envelope herb and garlic soup mix
1- tbsp. hot pepper sauce
Ranch dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in a greased baking dish (13 x 9 x 2). Combine butter, soup mix, pepper sauce and drizzle over potatoes. Bake uncovered at 450º for 45-50 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally. Serve with ranch dressing.
