Combine cranberry mixture in a bowl, set aside:
1 package (12 oz.) fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
1 package (8 oz.) chopped dates
3/4 cup chopped pecans
2 Tbs. Sugar

In large bow prepare crumb mix:
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Reserve one cup of crumb mix for topping and put the rest in greased 9 x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle cranberry mixture over crust.

Mix together 1/3 cup flour and 3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping. Drizzle on top of cranberry mixture. Top off with reserved cup of crumb mixture.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Cool and cut into bars, store in refrigerator.
