4-5 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 can evaporated milk
dried parsley flakes
salt and pepper
1 stick butter
2 qt. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in pot. Season liberally with salt. Pepper and parsley as desired. Bring to boil then reduce to medium and cook for 30 min. If bland, season with more salt and pepper.
