Ingredients:
5 1/2 c. hot Water
2 1/2 T. Yeast
2/3 c. Oil
2/3 c. Honey
2 T. Salt
12-14 cups whole wheat Flour, freshly ground

Directions:
Directions:
Let the water, yeast, oil, and honey stay in a bowl a few minutes till the yeast gets bubbly. Add 3 cups freshly ground warm whole-wheat flour, mix a little. Now add 2 tablespoons salt. At this time add the rest of your flour, when the dough pulls away from the curve of the bowl, it will be time to start your timer. Knead your dough for 8-12 minutes. While the dough is kneading, grease 4 bread pans, then divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Set in pan and let rise until it has doubled in size. Then bake in over at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
9 cups of whole grain wheat will make about 12-14 cups of flour after grinding.
