Pumpkin Chili Recipe

1 small onion chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
1/2 yellow pepper chopped
1 clove garlic
1 # ground turkey
14.5 can petite diced tomato
2 cups canned pumpkin
1 1/2 TBSP chili powder + 1/2 tsp pepper + 1 dash salt
For garnish:
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 sliced avocado

Saute onion, peppers and garlic in pan until tender.
Add turkey and cook until browned.
Drain and mix in diced tomato and pumpkin.
Add spices.
Simmer on low for 20 minutes.
Serve with cheese, sour cream and avocado.
