1/2 package hot sausage
1 pie crust
2 green onions chopped
1 jalapeno chopped
1 cup cheese (any kind you like)
4 eggs
2 cups half and half
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and sprinkle in bottom of pie crust
Add green onion and jalapeno to used pan and cook 1 min
Add to cust
Sprinkle cheese over mixture in crust
Mix eggs and 2 cups of half and half
Pour over mixture
Bake 400 for 45 minutes (may need to cover edges of crust to keep from over browning)
