1 # Bob Evans sausage
1/4 cup flour
3 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
package of biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage and add to skillet. Cook until brown.
Sprinkle flour over the top and stir until dissolved.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook slowly on low until thick.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Serve over hot biscuits.
