3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c sugar
2 qt. water (can thin with more water if needed)
1 stick margarine
1 can cream
3/4 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together in pot. Cook on medium high heat until thickens, stirring constantly. Serve over biscuits.
