1 Rump Roast seasoned with salt and pepper
2 TBSP oil
1 envelope onion soup mix + mixed with 2 cups water
2 TBSP wondra
1/2 cup milk
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 TBSP sour cream

Brown roast in oil 3 min on all sides
Add roast to dutch over with 1 cup hot water and bake 30 min at 425 covered
Add 2 cups water mixed with the onion soup mix
Cook an additional 2 hours at 325 covered
Remove and rest
In small bowl combine 2 T wondra + 1/2 cup milk and whisk
Add 2 bouillon cubes to meat juice and simmer
Add wondra mixture little at a time and whisk until dissolved
Remove from heat and let sit for 15 min then stir in 2 T sour cream
