Ingredients:  
3 lbs. Chicken Breast (or however much you want) cut into cubes
2 Tablespoons of Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
½ cup Flour

Sauce:
2 Chicken Bouillon cubes
2 ½ cups Water
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Ketchup
1 cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together in Ziplock bag (double recipe if large
amount).  Dip  chicken  in  two  beaten  eggs  and  then  toss  in  dry
mixture. Brown chicken in olive oil with 1 large chopped onion.
Boil  sauce.  After  chicken  is  browned  and  sauce  is  boiled  put
chicken  in  baking  dish  and  pour sauce  over,  cover  with foil  and
bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
