1/2 lb. Extra­lean Ground Beef
1 medium Onion, chopped (optional if using taco seasoning mix)
1 1 1/4 oz. pkg Taco Seasoning Mix or 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder and 1/2 tsp. Cumin
1 15 oz can Kidney or Pinto Beans, drained
1 c. Cooked Rice (white or brown)
1 heat Lettuce, torn into bite­sized pieces
4 medium Tomatoes, diced
sliced Olived
grated Cheese
Tortilla Chips
salsa (optional)
Creamy French Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Brown  the  ground  beef  and  onion. Brain  off  excess  grease.  Add
taco mix  and beans. Simmer 10-­15 min. Let  cool. Layer on rice,
lettuce,  beef  mix,  and  additional  toppings:  olives, salsa,  crushed
chips, cheese, sour cream, etc. and add dressing.
