1 package Italian sausages
14.5 can diced tomatoes with garlic, onion and oregano
1 cup water
1 LG green pepper
1 LG red pepper
1 med onion chopped
2 T oil
Directions:
Directions:
Drain tomato juice and mix with water
Brown sausages in oil with onions
Add tomato and water
Boil, cover and reduce to simmer for 25 min
Add peppers
Serve on buns or over white rice
