1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
8 oz. carton whipped topping
1 large instant vanilla pudding
1 large can pineapple, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine: cake mix, mandarin oranges, eggs, and oil. Put in round cake pan, well greased and floured. Bake at 350º for 20 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and then split cake with string. To make icing: drain pineapple, mix dry pudding mix with pineapples. Fold in whipped topping. Fill cake layers and frost outside of cake. Keep refrigerated.
