3# Chicken breast cut up sprinkle with salt and pepper
2 T oil
2 T butter
1 onion chopped
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 T crushed garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp ground tumeric
1 tsp chili powder
2 T ground almond (optional)
1 T tomato paste or 1 T tomato puree
2 cans or 1 LG can peeled, diced tomatoes
1 T sour cream (more for garnish)
handful of fresh spinach

Saute chicken until cooked through. Remove and set aside
Add onion, butter and cinnamon to pan. Cook 1-2 min.
Add rest of ingredients and bring to boil.
Add chicken to the pan.
Serve over rice.
