2 c. yellow squash
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and drop in hot pan with small amount of oil. Fry 2 tbsp per fritter. Cook until lightly brown on both sides.
