1 Fryer, cut up
1/2 C Oil
2 lg Onions, 1/2' slices
3 cloves, Garlic, minced
1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
1 C Celery, chopped
1 12 oz. Tomatoes, diced
1 8 oz. Tomato Sauce
1/4 tsp. Thyme
1/4 tsp. Oregano
2 T Sugar
1 Bay Leaf
1 T rosemary, fresh, chopped (or 1 tsp. dried)
2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Allspice
1/2 tsp. Pepper
8 oz. Red wine
1# Mushrooms, sliced
1 can Ripe Olives, whole
1# bag Wide Noodles, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
1. In hot oil, brown chicken & remove.
2. Saute' onion, garlic, celery & pepper.
3. Add remaining ingredients (except olives & mushrooms.
4. Add chicken.
5. Simmer for 45 minutes.
6. Add olives & mushrooms & cook enough to heat olives.
7. Serve over noodles.
