3/4 c. water

4 tsp. yeast
3 1/2- 4 c. (all purpose)

Directions:
Place in bread machine on dough cycle or put together in the traditional way and let rise. Divide dough in half and roll each into a 12" circle. Spread with softened butter and cut into 16 wedges (like a pizza). Roll each piece beginning at the outer edge. Place each piece on greased baking sheet tip down. Cover and let rise about 1 hour. Bake in preheated oven about 12 minutes at 400º. I usually use about 1 c. white whole wheat flour in place of 1 c. of the all-purpose flour.
