Crust:
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oleo
1 ¾ c. flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
Filling:
4 egg yolks
2 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 c. raisins
3 tbsp. corn syrup


Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients until crumbly. Reserve one cup mixture for topping. Pat the rest in bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350º. Mix filling ingredients and bring to a boil. Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumble mixture. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350º.
