1 jar salsa verde
boneless chicken ( however many your family needs)

Directions:
Directions:
Throw it all in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours. Shred Chicken with a fork.

Serve over rice, or serve in tacos or enchiladas, over a salad etc. It is so versatile and makes a lot.

You can add black beans and corn the last hour or just eat them plain.

I have also done this with pork tenderloin! One of my husbands favorite!
