8 oz. MostaccioliI, cooked, drained
1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 T. oil

Dressing:
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 T. parsley
1 T. accent

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dressing ingredients and combine with noodle and cucumber mixture. For best flavor, refrigerate overnight.
