2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate
1 cup butter
1 -1/2 cups sugar, divided
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, soda and salt, set aside. Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl until completely melted. Add 1 cup sugar, egg and vanilla, mix well. Stir in flour mixture until well blended.
Refrigerate 15 mins. or until easy to handle.
Heat oven to 375, shape dough into 1 inch balls, roll in remaining sugar, place 2 inches apart.
Bake 8 - 10 mins cool on wire racks.
