1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
bag of Hershey's Chocolate Kisses
Directions:
Directions:
Cream oleo, sugar, and brown sugar. Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla. Sift flour, soda, and salt, and stir into the mixture. Roll in walnut size balls; roll balls in sugar. Bake 8 minutes at 375º. Remove and add a chocolate kiss on top of cookie. Return to oven for 2-5 minutes.
